General Shipping Information

Puffing Kiwi is dedicated to providing dependable international shipping from New Zealand to the Philippines and other countries worldwide. Our goal is to ensure a seamless and efficient delivery experience.

Processing Time

Orders are shipped from our Auckland, New Zealand warehouse. Once placed, your order will be verified, prepared, and packaged for dispatch within 24 hours. During peak times, dispatch may take up to 48 hours.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times to the Philippines:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days

International Shipping

We ship to most countries, including the Philippines, with shipping rates and available services based on package weight and destination.

What you need to know as a customer

  • Know the rules: Check the Philippines’ laws regarding the import and use of vaping products. Special permits may be required.
  • Stay updated: Regulations for vaping products can change. Stay informed about current import rules and requirements in the Philippines.
  • Pay duties & taxes: Import fees, such as duties and taxes, are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These are the customer’s responsibility. Contact the Bureau of Customs in the Philippines for more information.
  • Ensure compliance: Confirm that the products you order comply with the Philippines’ regulations to avoid delivery delays or issues during customs clearance.
  •  All shipping & delivery issues that may arise from customs are the customer's responsibility.

Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and additional fees are not included in product prices or shipping fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact the Philippine Bureau of Customs for details on potential costs.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us or the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. Retain all packaging and damaged items for verification.
